Full Managed Launch: from £3,500

A fully done-for-you launch, built and delivered end-to-end.

What's included:

  • On-site workplace assessment; layout, hygiene, and risk management reviewed in person

  • Individual in-person behavioural assessment for each dog joining the office

  • Staff training session delivered on-site (dog-owning staff and wider team)

  • Full bespoke policy suite, built specifically for your business, not templated

  • Hands-on support on launch day

  • A follow-up review visit or call 4–6 weeks after launch

Best for: businesses ready to properly embed a dog-friendly policy as part of their culture, with multiple dogs, larger teams, or added complexity such as shared floors or client-facing spaces. Final price depends on number of dogs, team size, and number of site visits required, confirmed after your free call.

Ongoing Retainer: from £295/month

For businesses who've launched and want confidence that it stays working as the team, dogs, and circumstances change.

What's included:

  • New dog assessments as staff join, leave, or get a new puppy, so standards don't slip over time

  • Annual policy review and updates, or a review after any incident

  • Priority access to advice for anything that comes up, from a behavioural concern to a dispute between two dogs

  • Support handling any incidents properly and professionally, protecting both the business and the dogs involved

  • Ongoing guidance for new starters so the policy doesn't rely on word-of-mouth as the team changes

  • A light-touch annual health check on how the policy is working in practice, with recommendations

Best for: any business running a permanent dog-friendly policy, keeping a good launch from quietly eroding over time.

Retainers are billed monthly with a minimum 6-month term, and scale up for larger offices or multiple sites.
